Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Our education programs are committed to recruiting residents from diverse backgrounds, and cultivating a safe and supportive learning environment for them and their colleagues. Our residents and faculty have participated in educational sessions on recognizing bias and microaggressions in health care. In addition, we are part of the GME Committee on Diversity and Inclusion and closely monitor and implement their recommendations.
