The University of Wisconsin Department of Anesthesiology showcased 15 resident presenters, 3 UW SMPH medical student presenters, and 7 faculty judges at the Midwest Anesthesia Resident Conference (MARC) on April 25th–27th in Indianapolis, Indiana. The MARC meeting is hosted by the Association of Midwest Academic Anesthesia Chairs, Inc. (AMAAC). This year’s host institutions were Indiana University, the University of Louisville, and the University of Toledo.

The mission of the MARC meeting is to encourage and support resident research and scholarly activity in their home departments and to allow residents to share their work among their peers in a friendly, educational atmosphere.
